Specialty grains

• 12 ounces (340 grams) crystal 60 malt

Hops

• 2 ounces (56 grams) Columbus
• 2 ounces (56 grams) Cascade

Yeast

• Dry option: 1 sachet Safale S-05
• Liquid option 1: 1 Activator packet of Wyeast 1056 American Ale
• Liquid option 2: 1 vial of White Labs WLP001 California Ale

Priming sugar

• 5 ounces (140 g) corn sugar (dextrose)

Sanitizer

• Powdered cleaner (PBW, Easy Clean, One Step, OxiClean, or similar)
• Sanitizer (Star San, IO Star, Iodophor, or similar)
