Sanitize bottles, caps, and equipment

You'll need to prepare a sanitizer solution just as you did on brew day. Sanitize everything that comes in contact with your beer. Bottles, bottle caps, and all bottling equipment must be clean and sanitary before they touch your homebrew.

Clean means free of visible debris and organic matter.

Sanitary means damaging microbes have been reduced to acceptable levels.
