“On the nose, lemon fruit and peel, orange zest, light floral, soft tropical passion fruit, and a hint of pineapple. Light raw sourdough. Flavors of mango, passion fruit, and light tangerine. Hint of grassy. While there is a light bitterness present, the focus is more on the flavor.”
