Frequently Asked Questions

What is included with Digital?

Digital includes unlimited access to subscriber‑only articles, 700+ tested recipes, our full digital issue library, and how‑to videos—on desktop and mobile. Your account works across devices, and you can change your term (monthly or annual) at checkout.

You'll also receive our member newsletter and enjoy an ad‑light reading experience while signed in.

Do I get the print magazine?

Print delivery is included with Print + Digital and All Access. Digital‑only plans do not include print delivery.

Print delivery is available in the U.S., Canada, and internationally. Your first print issue appears based on your location and the current print cycle; digital access starts immediately.

Can I change or cancel anytime?

Yes. Manage your plan anytime from your account. You can set your subscription to not renew at the end of the current term, or reactivate later.

Upgrading (e.g., to All Access) preserves your billing term and location and is prorated for the remainder of your current cycle.

Is gift subscription available?

Yes. Choose "Give a Gift" to send a Digital or All Access gift. You'll enter the recipient's email and an optional start date; we send the activation email on your schedule.

Gifts do not auto‑renew unless the recipient adds a payment method after activation.

Do I get access to back issues?

All Digital, Print + Digital, and All Access plans include our digital back‑issue library while your subscription is active.

Print delivery covers new issues going forward and does not include shipping of past print issues.

What is All Access?

All Access includes everything in Print + Digital plus 100+ in‑depth brewing courses, 400+ videos, premium All Access articles and recipes, and downloadable BeerXML files.

It's designed for deeper skill‑building with structured learning paths and exclusive content updated regularly.

Is there an Industry All Access option?

Yes. Industry All Access includes everything in All Access plus brewing‑industry coverage, supplier listings, and additional pro‑focused benefits. It also supports assigning additional seats to colleagues for digital access.

Will I be charged tax or shipping?

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your billing location. Shipping is included with Print + Digital and All Access where print delivery is available; international rates are reflected in the plan price.

How do upgrades work?

You can upgrade from Digital or Print + Digital to All Access anytime. We automatically match your current term (monthly or annual) and location (US/Canada/International) and prorate the charge for the remainder of your current cycle.

Can I use my subscription in the mobile apps?

Yes. Sign in with the same email you used to subscribe. If your company has assigned you a seat, you'll also be able to access content in the app with your assigned email.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 30‑day, no‑questions‑asked money‑back guarantee. If you're not satisfied in the first 30 days, contact us and we'll refund your purchase in full.

You can also cancel renewal any time from your account to prevent future charges.
