“Incredibly tropical-forward profile: piña colada, pineapple, mango, passion fruit, and coconut balanced by a nice pine note. As with the nose, the flavor is a nicely balanced blend of citrus and pine with tea-like bitterness that emerges late in the finish. Clean, crisp, clear—everything West Coast, including the complementary alcohol that carries the hops even further. Remarkably well crafted.”
