What Our Editors Thought

“Clear yellow with fresh-cut grass and earthy aromatics. A malt-forward base gives way to grapefruit rind, pine, and orange bitterness that carries through, with a firm alcohol presence on the finish.”

What Our Panel Thought

“Mild aroma, suggesting cut grass, spruce tips, green pepper rather than asserting them. In comparison, the flavor is bolder. The green pepper and pine step forward, with a touch of Szechuan pepper, until the bitterness rides off into the sunset. A bit of a zinger. Noticeable alcohol warmth.”

What the Brewers Say

“West Coast DIPA with Mosaic, Citra, Nelson, Mosaic Cryo.”
