“Foam formation is a bit low for a Czech pils; color is definitely pale. Nose captures a vivid range of Noble notes with lavender, wildflower, fresh herbs, and a hint of honey. Stronger herbal notes in the flavor are a touch unbalanced, with a slight astringency that flares in the finish.”

“Nice Noble-hop expression up front followed by lighter herbaceous aromas. Slight cracker-like malt character with floral flavors throughout. Nicely balanced beer with great structure.”
