What Our Editors Thought
“Strong Noble-hop aroma with herbal and dried floral tones that carry into the flavor with a light-handed omnipresence, backed by a medium body that’s big enough to support but never feels sweet. Light hop bitterness lingers, but it captures the fundamental tension of hops and body that defines the style.”
What Our Panel Thought
“Golden hue with a thick, pillowy foam and beautiful lacing. Aroma of white bread with low-level minerality and a subtle, earthy, spicy hop note. Soft mouthfeel of white bread, wildflowers, black pepper, and a sweet, nutty malt character. Complementary hop bitterness and carbonation clean the palate but don’t overwhelm. Finishes snappy. Very well balanced and drinkable.”
What the Brewers Say
“Mashed with a blend of floor-malted Bohemian malts and hopped with Czech Saaz.”
