What Our Editors Thought
"Very light peachy notes with a minty herbal edge. Slightly grainy body with some lemon-line sweetness."
What Our Panel Thought
"Cohesive aroma melding fresh-picked thyme and rosemary hop aromas over some toasted white bread crust. Juicy white-wine grape initially competes with a whiff of stinky sulfur; lychee, peardrop, lime peel. Flavor introduces new orange oil hop notes alongside the earthy-danker herbal character, with just a hint of malt sweetness taking a huge backseat. Lovely balance in the flavor—lightly sweet and bitterish and dry, nicely integrated. Pretty crisp and dry in the finish, with lingering white-wine esters in the aftertaste. Balance is definitely toward the bitterness with a little bit of lemony astringency on the palate. Pleasant in the very best way. Vibrant. A pure expression of hops."
