What Our Editors Thought

“Slightly cloudy. Lemony, lightly musty aromatics. A fuller body supports an onion-like character and restrained dankness, with a prominent bitterness defining the overall profile.”

What Our Panel Thought

“Immediately welcomes you with a fistful of hops—a mix of pine, stone fruit, and something dank; nice citrus notes with a sweaty edge. On the sip, it takes a dogleg turn into sappy punch in the mouth. Old-school pearl-onion juices ooze between the gums. Rough on the tongue, sandpaper palate. A bit too bitter for what’s happening on the malt side of things.”

What the Brewers Say

“Made with Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic.”
