“Intriguing nose, with big citrus hops, pine, and a touch of oak. Light leathery funk. Low sourdough malt. Bright, fresh splash of citrus-hop juice smacks the palate atop a layer of funk, vanilla, and grapefruit peel. Nice lemon and pineapple depth in the acidity. Softer in back of the palate, with a burst of acidity and zest.”
