Even as a brewer of many years, this course was worth my time. It's very well thought out and easy to follow.
Matt's video presentations combined with the selected text makes for a great introductory presentation on start to finish of brewing. I wish I watched it a year ago. Taking many notes I will use the information in the future. Great Job!
A very interesting course and excellently presented cheers
