This course is a very easy to follow introduction to kegging home brewed beer. Once completed you will know the parts of the keg, how to clean and sanitize your keg, how to fill your keg, basic carbonation techniques, and how to pour your first beer using a "picnic" tap. The course takes less than an hour but gives you a plethora of information. Highly recommend this to anyone who is considering kegging their beer.
My carbonation/kegging knowledge was lacking. The course answered some outstanding questions!
