Great lesson and great presentation. Joe does a very good job presenting the material and is very passionate about his business. I got many take aways and go do's from the material. Well worth the review.
very helpful, a lot of good information and incite into building a brewery
This course offered some great insight into the issues, troubles, and joys of opening your own brewery. One should take special note of the importance of being business savvy, or adopting a business savvy partner, in order to craft a successful brewing business. While some of the content is very specific to brewing law and compliance within the United States, there is plenty of knowledge within for budding or prospective microbrewery owners from other areas of the globe to be worth investing their time in completing this course.
