“Grain and yeast arrive in unison, quickly joined by floral hops, hints of fresh-cut flowers, oregano. A touch of sulfur adds complexity. Soft bitterness leads into light bread and a hint of herbal, earthy hops. Brief, ever so slightly creamy mouthfeel. Surprising bit of alcohol heat back of the throat.”
