"Sarsaparilla nose with honey and vanilla. The sip furthers the root-beer theme with pronounced sweetness but also genuine earthiness and roasted malt to keep it from devolving into soda-pop territory."

"Sugary vanilla cake-batter aroma; coffee, roast malt, carrot-cake spice, caramel, dried cherries, figs. Very sweet, candy-like coffee liqueur. Alcohol helps cut sweetness but body is heavy."
