"Strong coconut-vanilla barrel in the nose; unmistakable bourbon. The sip is smooth, dark chocolate, waffle cone, mocha, with assuring bourbon heat and spice. Satisfying, yet slightly dulled by low carbonation."

"Caramel malt across the nose; light apple, lingering vanilla, oak. Rich, fairly sweet up front—deep notes of chocolate, light bourbon, dried cherries, coconut, vanilla. Low carbonation. Would prefer a bit more barrel."
