What Our Editors Thought
Subtle citrus and pine notes in the nose feel vaguely like PNW hops, while remaining convincingly within Euro parameters for pilsner. The sip bends a bit more sweet than crisp, but the zippy carbonation and light citrusy bitterness offer pleasant balance.
What Our Panel Thought
Brilliantly clear; tight, fluffy white head. Delicate aroma—notes of bread crust, flowery hop, chamomile, pine, and light but pure malt sweetness. Firm but refreshing bitterness plays well with malty sweetness; round flavor. Elegant, spritzy, structured. Leans dry and bitter. Begs another sip.
What the Brewers Say
Balances the line between a craft pilsner and macro American lager.
