What Our Editors Thought
“Defined nose with a very light floral edge. Vibrant and energetic sip, properly restrained with a bubbly energy.”
What Our Panel Thought
“Aroma and flavor present lightly toasted bread notes, slightly maltier than other examples. Clean fermentation leads into a dry, effervescent finish. Lands on the sweet side. A little corn chip–like finish showcases some of the cereals, with just enough floral hop to work. Highly drinkable, with richer-than-pilsner malt character. Reminds me of barley champagne.”
What the Brewers Say
“Mexican lager.”
