What Our Editors Thought
“Very light aroma with subtle corn overtones, lightly sweet and faintly grassy-husky. Subtle corn and lime notes define the flavor, with a tart citrus definition despite its lack of adjuncts. Feels light yet full, like a lager with lime wedge sprinkled with salt.”
What Our Panel Thought
“Gorgeous pale golden hue, crystal-clear, white head. Lovely floral hop aroma dominates. Soft cracker and bready malt with a mere hint of corn. Elegant floral and bready flavors merge nicely in the flavor. Lively though restrained lemon and lime balanced by grainy malt in a tight, dry package. Perfectly balanced bread, grain, and smooth bitterness lead to a dry finish. Clean, simple, excellent. A supreme hot-weather beer.”
What the Brewers Say
