What Our Editors Thought
“Subtle guava-berry nose with a white-flower fermentation ester defining it. Guava pushes forward in the sip, off-dry but expressive, with a pleasant tropical funk and just enough bitterness.”
What Our Panel Thought
“Raspberry and earthy guava notes combine for a pleasant, layered fruit character over a lightly tart base beer. Some funk on the finish adds further complexity. I wasn’t expecting this fruit combo to work, but it does. The key: There’s enough residual sweetness to keep the vegetal, bitter qualities of raspberry and guava in check.”
What the Brewers Say
“Brewed with real guava and raspberry purée.”
