What Our Editors Thought
"Fruity-citrus American hops nose bowls over lighter chocolate and roast. The sip is unassuming, light, "drinkable" despite style expectations. Minimal barrel. Smooth and integrated."
What Our Panel Thought
"West Coast hoppy: pine, grapefruit, orange, and lemon rolled into coffee and dark chocolate. Dark malt kicks harder in flavor, with roast dialed up to 11; sweetness fades into hop and roast bitterness with alcoholic warmth. Not much barrel. Hops are nice. America!"
What the Brewers Say
"The spirited aging process produces a hugely complex but mellowed Yeti."
