Recipe: Narrow Gauge’s Base Milkshake IPA

Jeff Hardesty, founder and brewer of Narrow Gauge in Florissant, Missouri, shares this recipe as part of his All Access course on brewing fruited milkshake and sour IPAs. This recipe was a kind of stepping stone as Hardesty tinkered his way toward fruited sour IPAs such as Brummel. This is a homebrew-scale base recipe for milkshake IPA, including lactose, vanilla, plenty of dry hops, and any sort of fruit you want.
