“The nose begins with a spicy, floral, perfumy character, then sweetness builds: clove, bubblegum, orange peel, and pear. Flavor of smooth, lightly toasted malt. Background hop flavor is spicy. Plenty of sweetness packs an alcoholic punch. Spicy phenols compete with the alcohol in the finish.”
