What Our Editors Thought
"A noble floral nose is classic and enveloping while the slightly spicy body exudes mild bitterness with soft structure."
What Our Panel Thought
"Cracker, bready, and biscuit malt up front with floral, grassy, and herbal hops. Fairly complex aroma and flavor. Moderate sweetness transitions to moderate bitterness that lingers into the finish. The finish is dry, supported by the lingering bitterness, and ends with the same biscuit malt that it started with."
What the Brewers Say
"STS Pils is a classic European-style Pilsner. It is straw colored and often will have a slight haze due to the fact that it is unfiltered."
