What Our Editors Thought
“Melon and lavender, with a touch of anise on the nose. The sip falls into more comfortable pilsner territory, with woody earthy hop notes over a rustic and tannic dry malt note.”
What Our Panel Thought
“Lemon zinger note throughout—citrus, white pepper nose with a soft earthy bitterness. Clean herbal aromatics with rose-like character and a touch of sulfur. Light, delicate, with a soft finish, hints of toast. A bit restrained on the malt side, but the dry hopping adds additional character. Some touches of oxidation.”
What the Brewers Say
“Crisp, lively, emphasizing citrusy hop character.”
