What Our Editors Thought
“Funky, slightly sweaty fruit note begs for a touch less attenuation to sell the tropical cocktail aspect.”
What Our Panel Thought
“An initial sweet, corn-like malt aroma eventually fades, allowing subtle tropical notes of pineapple, passion fruit, coconut, and grapefruit pith to come through. Lemon-lime character with a hint of agave and salt. Soft velvety mouthfeel atop a well-carbonated base. Somewhat flabby on the finish.”
What the Brewers Say
“We ferment with a Belgian yeast strain famous for fruity flavors and a dry finish, making it the perfect complement to fruit.”
