“Pine and citrus aromas. Distinctive hop character (almost whole-cone) throughout, with notes of white pepper and grapefruit. Crisp malt character provides background and structure for the hops, leading to a fantastic clean bitterness with lingering notes of peach, grapefruit, and pine. Silky throughout the mid-palate, finishing a bit sweet, but it has the bitterness to match.”
