What Our Editors Thought
“Tropical fruit with a cotton-candy softness drives aroma and flavor, while a concise line of resin bitterness abuts the sweeter notes.”
What Our Panel Thought
“A lower-than-ideal hop aroma, but it comes through in the flavor with moderate tropical fruit. Moderate crystal-malt note presents with some honey malt and hints of toasted bread crust. Moderately high fruity notes of dried apricot, mango, and tangerine dominate the flavor profile with a similar aroma. Medium bittering lingers into a fruity finish. Leans toward an East Coast IPA.”
What the Brewers Say
“Potent hop flavor and aroma results from generous dry hopping.”
