Light crackery malt with slight minerality supports a faint floral note, evoking a touch of honey as it sits. In the sip, a confident bitterness guides with a firm but gentle hand, buoyed by the light but flavorful malt.
What Our Panel Thought
Clean, hay-like malt aroma with fresh floral hop notes, lightly soapy. The sip is crisp, clean, with gentle Noble hop character, slowly becoming more assertive in the finish. Misses the mark on snappy bitterness. Agreeable, crushable. Simple yet supreme craftsmanship.

Live Oak Gold is a North German–style pilsner brewed with generous additions of Hallertau Noble hops.
