“Straw-hued with excellent clarity and a wispy white head. Biscuity aroma with a hint of minerality and herbal hops, well balanced between the malt and hops. Malt flavors of white bread and crackers along with some chamomile-esqe hop notes. Slightly tannic. Could use a bit more hop bitterness.”
