“Brilliantly clear gold with a large, tight-bubbled white head, medium retention. Slightly fruity aroma up front with a hint of match-struck sulfur and a low level of white bread, sourdough malt, and corn adjuncts. Hops are nonexistent. Nice breadiness reminiscent of a Bavarian cellar. Incredibly inviting and drinkable.”
