What Our Panel Thought
“Surprisingly grainy nose with hints of slightly roasted German malt along with a touch of sulfur. Very light body and medium carbonation. Same grain taste as the aroma, but much subdued, so it doesn’t detract from the ‘light’ experience. Some sweet bread character and a bit of bitterness also balance it out. Finish is dry and quick.”
