What Our Editors Thought
“Light lemony note with a slight saline hint and just a bit of funk that’s no more than a scuff mark on the otherwise clean shoes. The sip offers more body and heft than the aroma and ultralight appearance suggest, with a light chunk of malt sweetness nicely balancing the whisper of acidity.”
What Our Panel Thought
“Pleasantly refreshing. Light cherry esters with some tart wheat notes on the nose. Flavor is lemony with a soft light acidity and spritzy effervescence. Brackish enough to emphasize the tart. Easy-drinking. Here comes the sun!”
What the Brewers Say
“No fruit, no adjuncts, just a delicious traditional Leipzig-style Gose brewed with sea salt and just a touch of coriander.”
