“Grassy, cracker, and toasted biscuit in the aroma. Some corn. Faint floral hops and minimal hop bitterness provide limited restraint to the malt-dominant beer. Slight yeast ester character and complementary lively carbonic acidity. Quite crisp and refreshing.”
