“Initial pencil shavings and cedar note from the rye in the aroma, with light herbal hops. Notable toast and bread crust and light initial acidity. Strong toast and pie crust with a light woody hop aftertaste. Finishes clean, very malty with little hop bitterness as the rye spice attempts balance.”
