"Grainy nose with a hint of white grape and green apple. Light bread notes with whiffs of lemon on the nose. The flavor leads with smooth grain notes and the same soft light fruit notes that complement and provide interesting complexity. Bright on the palate with some zippy citrus notes sitting atop a soft fluffy white bread malt base. The star of the show is the surprisingly textured body that is light yet not overly dry and invites drink after drink. Somewhat drying finish with a touch of tannins and a pleasant malt sweetness. Refreshing!"
