“Complex and layered aroma, with all the adjuncts detectable: cucumber, basil, yuzu, and ginger. The same combo dances in the flavor. Each addition takes its turn as ginger blends with cucumber, basil plays with yuzu, without anything overpowering anything else. Yuzu sweetness, basil herbal finish, a slight ginger spice, and cucumber holding it all together. Mouthfeel is light, and carbonation is effervescent. A medium body with slight bread malt notes supports all the adjuncts.”
