What Our Editors Thought
"Milky apricot nose with a subtle funk. Sharp sip with assertive acidity and a bright fruit that lingers. A touch too heavy-handed in the acidity."
What Our Panel Thought
"A phalanx of fruit-forward aromas on top of a soft musty cheese on top of pepper, sourdough bread, red grapes, and a pronounced barnyard Brett funk. Deep, complex mouthfeel with oak, vanilla, pepper, apricot, citrus, prickly pear, grapes, and spicy Brett notes. Too sharp in the finish compared with the expectation the aroma sets up."
What the Brewers Say
"Foeder-aged witbier with apricots."
