“Beautiful ruby jewel color. Floral, sweet earthiness on the nose with a hint of ripe-cherry sweetness underneath. The hop profile in the flavor is piney and classic West Coast. Just a hint of beet sweetness on the tip of the tongue that quickly vanishes before the hoppy bitterness takes over and reminds you that you’re drinking an IPA. A generous malt character keeps the beer’s sweetness in line and the overall drinkability balanced.”
