“Unique aroma is a fun mix of fruity esters from yeast and herbal hops: spice, a touch of grape, and blueberry. Holy cow! Blueberries on the flavor! A blueberry Belgian waffle! Medium-sweet malt backbone, lightly toasted. Appealing herbal and spicy mix. Lingering bitterness and a sense of spices from hops blend together in the finish. Wildly creative. Does it work? Yes! It’s an unusual combination of flavors, but it works!”
