Bitter on the palate with bold chocolate notes, just enough body to support without overt sweetness, just a touch of cherry and plum esters, and a remarkablle finesse that pulls together in a tight finish.”
What Our Panel Thought
“Light orange and toffee notes on the nose. Flavor is smooth roast and dark chocolate that transitions to more dark stone fruit as it warms. Chewy, substantial mouthfeel. Finish is on the drier side of medium, with a touch of a woody yeast and a very subtle fusel as it warms.”
