“Big bourbon-barrel notes. Big milk-chocolate malt notes that the alcohol helps balance. Heavy Tootsie Roll, toffee, molasses, and burnt fruit (plum, dates, figs). Medium-sweet and spicy bourbon, low tannins, tart dark fruits. Almost drinks like a dessert stout.”
