What Our Editors Thought
“Cantaloupe and papaya notes strike an unusual tone. The sip sustains the tropical-melon melody, adding a slightly sweet malt middle that punches up the fruit, braced by a quick, bitter hit. A pilsner that hazy hopheads could love.”
What Our Panel Thought
“Basic two-row-driven malt aromatics; hop aroma—tea leaves, lemongrass, dried lychee. Hops come through nicely in flavor; fun black tea/peach note appears at the end. Overall a well-made beer and interesting take on the style.”
What the Brewers Say
“German pilsner base, dry-hopped with Michigan-grown Cashmere and a blend of Noble hops.”
