“Fresh and citrusy aroma with light black pepper. Grapefruit zest and pith in the flavor with a light bready note. Hints of apricot linger into a quite peppery finish that tends to overpower the rest of the flavor. A note of fresh hay rounds out a fairly clean yeast profile.”
