“A light golden color with a noticeably lasting, frothy white head. Pineapple and passion fruit come through well in the nose. Good amount of sourness hits the tongue and lingers for a few moments. The pineapple helps accentuate the sourness. All three fruits play well off of each other, with a tartness that firms up over time, lasting well into the finish that has a distinct graininess.”
