“Pronounced bourbon, vanilla, toffee aroma with hints of dried fruit—dates, raisins. Flavor offers more chance for the underlying barleywine to show its character with richer toffee, dark fruits, notes of red apple, and warming alcohols. Well balanced, with a clean finish.”
