What Our Editors Thought
“Subtle malt and tropical hop notes in the nose, cohesive and alluring. Peppery tropical notes with little sweetness in the flavor. Zippy and light.”
What Our Panel Thought
“Melon, velvety pine, a bit of grapefruit in the aroma. Perfume-like, flowery, citrus hop flavors. A great pillowy mouthfeel despite the lack of malt flavor. The bitterness transforms into a slightly sweet, crisp, lemony finish. A clean dry finish really carries the bitterness through.”
What the Brewers Say
“Double dry hopped pale ale with a trio of Cryo hops: Simcoe, Mosaic, and ‘Pop’ from YCH, with a little Zeus thrown in.”
