What Our Editors Thought
"Classic and bitter citrus-forest aroma with a bit of malt color on the visual that suggests a reassuringly classic approach. Tea-like herbal notes in the sip balance against the softer stone fruit notes. Finishes with some bitter fight that helps scrub the palate. Tough, but lovable."
What Our Panel Thought
"Nose like a fruited black tea, with pleasant notes of fuzzy peach that emerge more as it warms. Tropical, ripe fruit, plenty of citrus, including grapefruit and pineapple. Pleasant sweetness on pillowy mouthfeel, with a late and restrained bitterness that helps to balance it. Juicy, yet it never cloys. Very slight astringency with some citrus peel-cocktail zest lingering on the tongue. The flavor has hints of bread crust, with a medium lemony tangerine citrus note that lingers into a quite dry finish. Spritzy on the tongue. Dries out enough to maintain drinkability. More fuzzy navel than screwdriver, bringing some grown-up bitterness and alcohol to the party. Tasty and distinctive."
What the Brewers Say
Triple dry-hopped with Idaho 7, Citra, and Simcoe hops, Dissatisfied is a juice bomb with huge aromas of pineapple, mango, and gooseberry along with soft notes of citrus and peach.
