“Moderate biscuit and toast in the aroma, becoming a bit fruity with notes of pineapple. Soft floral hop with a hint of spice. Pineapple and tropical notes continue into the flavor, which adds moderate honeydew and white-wine notes. Odd, tangy acidity is unexpected. Fruity and grassy notes linger into the finish.”
